Family Pact is a publicly-funded family planning program designed to provide comprehensive family services to low-income men and women in California.
In order to qualify the client:
- Must be less than 55 years old for women or less than 60 years old for men.
- Cannot be menopausal or sterilized.
- Cannot be pregnant.
- Must have a family income under 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
- Must fulfill other conditions having to do with health insurance coverage (call (714)539-9999 for details).
