Nhân Hòa Clinic provides Pap smears at no cost to those who qualify under the following programs:
Must meet income criteria of at or below 200% of Federal poverty level of either program. Criteria to help determine eligibility are as follows:
Cancer Detection ServicesAge 25-55
Eligibility: if not eligible for Family PACT (Family Planning Access Care Training) because:
- Beliefs do not include family planning
- Has had female sterilization
- Reached menopause
- Has had total hysterectomy due to cervical cancer
- Has had supracervical hysterectomy
- Has had hysterectomy, status and/or cause unknown
Eligibility for cervical screening:
- No hysterectomy
- Has had total hysterectomy due to cervical cancer
- Has had supracervical hysterectomy
- Has had hysterectomy, status and/or cause unknown.
- Not eligible for cervical screening if a total hysterectomy was performed for reasons other than cervical cancer
